# Farmers Market Closes Its Season Saturday in Plymouth

PLYMOUTH, Mich. — Shoppers have one Saturday left to catch the outdoor Plymouth Farmers Market this year. The last market day of the 2026 season is Oct. 24, running 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at The Gathering on Penniman.

The market, organized by the Plymouth Community Chamber of Commerce, opened May 9 and has run on Saturday mornings since then, with two dates skipped in July and September.

The fall decorations around it are sticking around a bit longer. Scarecrows in the Park, which has put more than 100 scarecrows built by local businesses and groups on view in Kellogg Park, stays up around the clock until Nov. 2.

Kellogg Park is the downtown square where Main Street crosses Ann Arbor Trail, so the market and the scarecrow display sit a short walk apart.

Plymouth does not go long without a market. A holiday edition, the Plymouth Community Christmas Farmers Market, is set for Saturday, Nov. 28, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Gathering. Before that, the chamber has a Ladies Holiday Shopping Night planned downtown on Thursday, Nov. 12, from 4 to 8 p.m.
